1.      1.Grade-IV/Junior Assistant –

Essential: 1. 12th pass from a recognized Board / Institution.

 2. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer

      2. Stenographer –

Essential: 1. 12th pass or equivalent under 10+2 system from a recognized Board / University.

2. Speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in English OR 80 words per minute

      3. Lower Division Clerk-cumTypist (English/Hindi) –Essential: 1. 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

      NOTE: – Skill test shall only be conducted on Computers. Time Allowed 10 Minutes.

     8. Junior Stenographer (English) –

Essential: 12th pass from a recognized Board or University

Essential Qualification :- Shorthand Speed 100 words per minute Typing Speed 40 words per minute

     9. Junior Assistant –

Essential: 1. 12th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

2. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word ).

     10. Stenographer Grade – II –

Essential: 1. 12th pass or equivalent under 10+2 system from a recognized Board or University.

2. Speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in English OR Speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in Hindi.

Desirable: Basic Knowledge of computer operation.

     11. Lower Division Clerk –

Essential: 1. 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

2. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

     12. Junior Assistant –

Essential:  1. 12th pass from a recognized Board / Institution.

2. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.

     13. Junior Stenographer (Hindi) –

Essential:  1. Senior Secondary (12th pass) with Hindi as a subject from any recognized Board / Institute with proficiency in Hindi.

 Skill Test Norms: 1. Dictation: 10 mts. @ 80 w.p.m. (Hindi)

2. Transcription: 65 mts (on computer)

3. Typewriting test in the Hindi language @ 30 w.p.m. (on computer)

Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute.

     14. Asstt. Grade-I –

1. Sr. Secondary from recognized Board or its equivalent. AND

2. Should pass the typewriting in English with minimum speed of 35 words per minute or in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute on Computer ( 35 words per minute and 30 words per minutes correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression of each word.)
