Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive(Ticket) to join our team and take on the responsibility of providing seamless support to the customer.This includes resolving support tickets over Call, Email, adhering to SLAs & follow guidelines

 





Required Candidate profile

v  Work in hybrid mode
v  Should be fluent in English or Telugu or Tamil or Hindi
v  Prior experience in Customer Support is an added advantage
